Step into Britain's history.

Situated between Framlingham (with its open market and famous Castle) and Saxmundham, a few miles from the A12 at Yoxford, Fiddlers Hall is conveniently situated for travel and sightseeing around East Anglia.

Nestling within secluded grounds and surrounded by a moat, Fiddlers Hall has a very long history and is mentioned in the Domesday Book. Today, we provide guests with the warmest of welcomes to our peaceful and characterful oak-beamed farmhouse home, with its cosy inglenook fireplaces, comfortable accommodation, and 21st Century facilities.

Fiddlers Hall is a family run concern and also a working farm, so you may expect nothing but the best in home cooking, with ingredients produced by ourselves or from local suppliers.

During your stay, you and your children are welcome to join us in milking a goat (we keep the friendly and interesting Anglo-Nubian breed), or ride one of our family horses, or feed our Gloucester Oldspot pig (aptly named Friendly, and featured on links in this web site), or collect your freshly laid breakfast egg from one of the many nesting places of our freely roaming chickens.

Those interested in fine wine might like to visit the Shawsgate Vineyard, situated a very short distance away on the outskirts of Framlingham , and just minutes from Framlingham Castle and the renowned Framlingham College.

Whatever the reason for your visit to East Anglia, make Fiddlers Hall the hub of your travels.
